The resident entrance gate on Jefferson is in operation from 6 am to 10 pm. After hours, resident entry is through the Main Gate.

Ride share service access is through the Main Gate on Avenue 50 only. Notify the Access Control Officer in Charge (OIC) to arrange access. Residents and guests are not to climb over the Jefferson Gate at anytime. This is a safety issue and could potentially damage the gates and their operation.

Emergency Service

Dial 911 for all medical, fire, and personal security related emergencies. Do not call the Gate House, as this will delay service. To report urgent maintenance and safety issues that require immediate attention, such as broken pipes, electrical malfunctions of other life/safety issues, call Associa DRM or the Gate House.

Vendor Access Hours

Vendors are to check in at the Main Gate for a day or monthly pass.

Monday-Friday: 8:00 am to 5 pm. Vendors are to complete their work and depart the property no later than 5 pm. Vendors who contract with the HOA to provide landscape or lake maintenance are allowed to enter the property 2 hours early, at the discretion of Access Control Officer in Charge (OIC).

Extended Hour Access - Daily: 6 am to 7 pm. This is restricted to home watch and pet care services only.

We are a noise free community on weekends.

Saturday: 9:00 am to 5 pm. Vendor access is restricted to those who are working inside the home and deliveries (package, pharmacy, food, furniture and flowers, etc).  Use of loud equipment, such as tile cutters, demolition, carpentry or floor setting is prohibited. All work outside the home is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to gardeners, pool cleaners, tile work and carpentry.

Sunday: No vendor access is permitted (excluding small package, food, pharmacy and flower deliveries).

Emergency Access: Vendor access is permitted for emergency repair of major safety related system failures, such as HVAC plumbing and electrical, at the discretion of the Officer in Charge (OIC)

Emergency and Disaster Preparedness

This is earthquake country and knowing how to shut off your utilities in the event of an emergency is the responsibility of all residents.  Refer to the Emergency Preparedness section at TownSq for how to manage your utilities in the event of an emergency.
